How we work together

IBM started it in the 1960s. Microsoft, Google, Facebook, and Adobe followed. The most forward-thinking companies in the world have understood something simple: an artist inside your organisation sees what no consultant ever will.

For one week up to six months, I work directly inside an organization, observing, listening, and producing art in response to the everyday life of the workplace. Rather than delivering artwork from the outside, the creative process unfolds within the environment itself.

Employees witness art being created in real time, conversations shift naturally, and the office becomes a place where reflection and creativity coexist with daily work. The result is a series of artworks that reflect the organization's identity, culture and aspirations.

A budget for materials is agreed in advance. The rest is presence, observation, and making.
